Product characteristics

The no-load loss of the type transformer is reduced by 75% compared with the specified value of GB / T10228, which can greatly reduce the operation cost and have significant energy saving effect.
Strong corrosion resistance: amorphous alloy core through resin and high temperature resistant silicone full packaging treatment, effectively prevent corrosion and amorphous alloy debris off, so as to effectively protect the core and coil.
Low noise: in order to reduce the operating noise of the product, a reasonable working magnetic flux density is selected in the product design, the iron core and coil structure are improved in the product processing, and special noise reduction materials and processes are adopted. The noise of the product is about 5~15 decibels lower than the national standard GB / T10088 requirement.
Strong short circuit resistance: the product adopts three-phase three-column structure, the core and coil holding structure is compact and reasonable. The amorphous alloy dry-type transformer produced by our company is the first to pass the sudden short-circuit test in China.
Bureau low: due to the use of epoxy resin vacuum pouring, low product temperature rise, long service life, strong heat dissipation capacity, can be 150% rated load operation under air-cooled conditions. The temperature control and protection system of the product provides reliable guarantee for the safe operation of amorphous alloy dry-type transformer.
